I don't think Apple are behind on the tech for VR/AR. They have the pretty much everything they need in place to release a mobile VR or AR device when they choose to. They've probably already got the AR developer mindshare, and no-one is near them for mass adoption of mobile wearable tech (watch+ear buds). |
