That's definitely a bargain for them if it's approved. I was distraught when I heard the news that my e-mail and info got leaked but thankfully didn't have any financial loss. But thinking of all the other people, $350 is pitiful.

Off-topic but I always get confused when there is news about acquired companies.

"Yahoo? Weren't they bought out by AOL? Wait no...AOL is owned by Verizon. So is Verizon paying? No it's Yahoo, but their subsidiary in Asia.."

Miss the times when if you read Company X, it actually was that company and not a part of some convoluted conglomerate.
