if you want to get educated, read a book or take some initiative and learn something for yourself: join a book club or take continuing education classes. The purpose of a degree is just to make it easier for highering managers and HR to sort through the thousands of applicants. For the person getting a degree, the purpose is to get a good job and earn more money, so yes, it should be evaluated just like a business decision. |
