Well you just partner with someone who lives in the USA. Have that person localize ads and strategies, figure out local fulfillment (there's always FBA in the USA). Test out products doing well in the UK and see if they'll work in the USA. From the way the UK health business I know do business, it's not a trivial translation from UK to USA.
