I'm guessing it was an Accenture project based on the outtakes. That's what Accenture does: armies of cheap people for huge contracts. Flip a coin on the outcome. Not that IBM or any of the other top-level consultancies/services behemoths are any good, but Andersen Consulting/Accenture basically invented that approach. |
