Some of the arguments I’m reading in defense of digital search point out that the things luggage search was originally supposed to find would now be stored on your phone. I accept that argument in principle, but practically, since it’s so easy to keep any illegal materials on the internet and retrieve them post-security, how does digital search still make sense? |
