You cannot compare Bitcoin transaction to a visa/mastercard transaction. A Bitcoin transaction is closer to me giving you a gold bar than doing a credit card transaction. The payments layer is being developed and it's called the Lightning network. Which is faster than Visa/Mastercard and cheaper and can scale much greater and have a better resilience than Visa. |
