Q: What is up with Loving County, Texas? I'm curious whether there's a data problem, or something else going on. (It's the county along the northern border of West Texas that lights up often as you randomly mouse around the map.)

It seems to behave a bit like Teton County, but less obviously (Teton County is home to Jackson Hole, well-connected to rich people everywhere.)

A: I just figured it out by reading the wikipedia page. It's the second least populous county in the US, so the data is basically all noise.
