I am a product manager and I have been at both ends of the spectrum. Case #1: Only product manager for the entire company. Spend all day trying to understand what's the most important thing to do for the current sprint. Comes out with nothing. Case #2: One of the several product managers trying to find something to do to show to our boss. Both doesn't end well. |
