Most of the time I've had access to these conversations it seems like 10-20% of the time there is some really insightful and/or groundbreaking discussion going on. The rest of the time, it's something like this: A: I've always found that business is about increasing revenue and decreasing costs
B: I've also always thought that way
A: Great! I'm glad we're on the same page
