But, also from the toggle example, you can notice that each note that is sharp or flat (even if that is part of the key) is individually indicated. Thus, there is no need to keep track of the "state" of sharpness or flatness. I think this is kind of cool but I would need some time to learn it. Not that I've found traditional notation ever constraining. |
