I can remember the chorus from memory 18 years later, it’s that bad. Incidentally, if you only listen to the start, you might think it doesn’t get worse. You’d be wrong, it has an absolutely gloriously awful outro that goes full gospel, a key change, the verses have Steely Dan on a bad day modulations, it’s the gift that keeps on giving. (It also has way too long instrumental intros and outros, but they’re just bad, not fun.) |
