But then, what would be the hiring criteria? Literally anything apart from someone's ability to dance. Instead of needing someone who can sing, act, look good, and dance, you now only need someone who can sing, act, and look good. And AI will eventually replace all the other talents too I guess. This is why some people worry about the effect of AI on jobs. |
