OneNote does this, but not very well. It can understand polygons and ovals. Arrows drawn in one stroke will convert to a line with no arrow at the end, and if you try to draw a > arrowhead as a separate stroke it doesn't understand to convert it to a shape. Using a closed triangle as an arrowhead does trigger shape conversion, but I don't know anyone who draws arrows that way. It's called "Ink to Shape" on the Draw tab. |
