So one ugly hack was replaced with another somewhat less ugly hack, which will be replaced by another hack at a later date. Sounds like every corporate environment I ever encountered, and Tesla it seems. It usually happens becuase they have the money to do it wrong multiple times rather than no choice but to get it right the first time. |
