Sonder provides long term housing in all of its cities and is expanding into commercial zones with proper hotel licenses. This is actually relieving housing pressure because tourists stay in Sonders that are properly zoned as a hotel instead of tourists taking up residential space that would have been used for longer term residents. Would we criticize Marriot or Hilton for making a hotel in a commercial zone? |
