That's too bad. My understanding is that it's mostly the big companies who pushed the hardest against non-compete reform. EMC was particularly prominent. I actually had to sign an EMC non-compete when the company I was at was acquired a number of years back. Fortunately, the terms didn't seem likely to affect me (and they didn't). |
