Np. I didn't take it as an insult. And I know what you meant -- I've seen the cool work that's come out of teams working at game shops. And I hope I'm wrong, but I get the feeling they (and community managers) are working without the full support of their management to fix the problem. E.g. bandaid the broken bone |
