I read it the same way. "Oh great, more pseudoscience in psychology that will make things worse for the marginalized and get thrown out after 30 years of not working." It's part of the push to treat crime as a mental illness and set the stage for medicating criminals, I suspect, and it comes with all the flaws that the traditional mental illness model has. |
