I went to school in India and while there was some mild bullying now and again it was nowhere near as bad as this. I find it surprising how big a problem it is here in the US especially at the junior and high school level.
In India the problem is with hazing (called "ragging") at the college level.
Why do teachers stand by and let bullying continue unabated ? |
