I also had some luck with Sleep Cycle (though it wasn't mindblowing). It doesn't really measure your sleep cycle, merely your movements, but having an alarm going off while you're naturally turning over or otherwise not totally comatose seems to help. As you say, you still need the discipline to actually get up, but the value is in not missing the alarm due to being in a truly "deep" sleep. |
