I frequently see speakers end their talk with “Any questions? No questions?? I was really perfectly clear? OK. Bye!” That fast.

It takes at least ten seconds for people to formulate a question well enough to ask it in front of everybody. Have some patience. Bonus points for having something low-key to fill the awkward silence.
