I'm also a fan of the assertion-evidence style, though I've found over the years that it works better for some talks than others. Animating in an explanation over a series of slides, for example, sometimes doesn't fit that style very well. Even if you don't go all the way to using the assertion-evidence style, titles are a great place to summarize the main point of the slide. So rather than "Results (3)", use the space for something more descriptive like "Velocity vs time during reentry". |
