Most people in rich countries don’t get a very good education, but most very smart people (even girls) born anywhere do get a chance. I do agree we could do better, but things are overall improving. I don’t think arguing for encouraging smart people to have more children argues against improving the education of poor smart people. This is not a zero sum game. |
