It is easy to write that the company sucks, but the problem isn't that easy. When you work as a manager for the company and you are presented with a new project you can't say you will not do it. In many companies this will mean you are expected to hire people and to get it out the door. In most companies incentives are against "we will ACTUALLY only hire best people". |
