I do not--it is cool stuff, but I don't have the time or patience for it. Thanks for the book recommendation. I've heard of that one before. I have a giant molecular gastronomy cookbook that's also fascinating, but I'm finding these days my culinary adventures are more geared towards finding solutions to cook good food in bulk with easy cleanup and reheating. |
