Apparently you don't read replies to your posts. So I'll email this as well as posting it here for the record. I have automatic copyright to all the posts that I've made to this forum. I now request you to delete all those posts, or at least edit them all to "XXX" (or similar), by close of business on Friday 20 July your time.
