I won't apply and it's not yet a startup. I'm member of a community of programmers. One of our projects is to make OSS sustainable with a custom license targetting some users (mostly big corps already paying for commercial software). We call that "fair source" license internally (a license with that name already exists).

We would be glad to have a quick feedback from a lawyer about that idea (mostly know what's feasible - are the rules we imagine in our license legal...).
