I stay away from companies posting “unlimited PTO”. It’s just a lie. Unlimited would mean I could vacation for an entire year, but it’s not. Ironically those are the companies with the worst work-life balance at times. Just say “reasonable PTO”. If we get real with ourselves, there are definitely limits. |
