Same, was reviewing alternatives to mingle a short while ago, saw nothing of this product.

A little OT but alternatives to consider are:

* YouTrack - developer-centric issue tracker from JetBrains that is fast and aims at “power user” types

* Sifter - an issue tracker that focuses on simplicity and usability

* Manuscript (the rebranded FogBugz)

BTW I’ve eventually come back to Jira even after trying these excellent alternatives.
