No it's not available. If you click the "Buy" button, it will redirect you to the newest macbook page

On the page you're redirected to, select 15" and then scroll down a bit and it's there.

They're trying their best to hide it, but it's there.

Yes but at that price, it's a very bad deal. You might as well buy a refurbished second hand model.
