I think you accidentally made a formatting typo: "each cell tower can provide 2043/2 120 Mbps", the 4 is probably surrounded by asterisks.

Yep! I had the asterisks, but HN converted it to italics.

It should be 20 * 4 * 3 / 2 = 120
