My second PC was a 286 with 1MB of RAM and a 20MB RLL HDD. My dad bought it and "borrowed" AutoCAD from work, so I could learn it. I remember we spent about $130 to get a math co-processor. I think we had an EGA monitor and I collected 5.25" floppies like crazy. I had WordPerfect and SuperCacl. My first computer was a T1-99-4a with basic and audio cassettes. |
