I feel trapped.

I'm in a situation where I absolutely cannot tolerate much more of work. Im a SE by trade

Ive been applying for and interviewing for a few jobs so far, just no dice yet.

I purposely didnt go to work today because I was "sick"... sick of .... work.

I cannot tolerate much more, and its really making me sick.

What can I do? I already do the typical things... i've seen a doctor before, didnt help. I workout 4-5x per week...for stress relief.

I just am really at my wits end. Can someone please help?
