One factor in high rates of male homelessness is more agency than women typically have. In other words, they choose to go be homeless as the lesser evil in some lousy situation. It is only one factor and that doesn't change the fact that sexism is actually an issue in such things. It also doesn't change the fact that this is basically a straw man argument, not pertinent to the question of racism.
