Right, Uber's position will be / is, simultaneously, one - "it's not our fault, that's why we had the human driver there", and two - "in order to cut costs, we used to have a human passenger there to record anomalies while driving - we axed that and require the human 'driver' to do so, whilst being responsible for the safety of the vehicle". |
