(Question from the FAQ) Although I have not filed a proof of claim by the filing deadline for the bankruptcy proceedings, can I file a proof of claim in the civil rehabilitation proceedings? (Answer) Those who have not filed proof of claims in the bankruptcy proceedings or who have filed proof of claims after the filing period had passed (i.e., the date of the investigation of claims, May 25, 2016), may file proof of claims in the civil rehabilitation proceedings.
