had LASIK two years ago. dry eyes and starbursts quite a bit in the first 6 months, but the dryness is gone now and night time vision is good. I can live with very minor starbursts/halos at night that don't interfere with my vision vs having contacts or glasses. the procedure got me to 20/15 and I'm seeing more clarity than I ever did with glasses or contacts. I was told about still requiring reading glasses when you hit a certain age because that's an entirely different condition and sometimes people confuse that with the procedure having failed them later. |
