To me, chatbots were nice because: - I could navigate them much faster than I could navigate a phone tree. - They were very accessible in the sense that I wouldn't have to install a custom app but instead use a platform that I am very likely to be on already. As a developer, this also allowed me to set up an unlock-my-door app for my friends much easier. |
