Libertarians I know are horrified by the U.S. way of handling healthcare. It's not a "free" system by any conceivable metric. https://mises.org/wire/how-government-regulations-made-healt... My country (Uruguay) is the total opposite, it has some nasty warts, but socialized basic medicine + the option of purchasing better healthcare if wanted seems like a much better system. |
