Personally, I think that their evidence of prejudicial behavior was pretty weak, which is the stance that Ginsburg and Sotomayor took as well. It will be interesting to see what happens the next time a case like this makes it to the Supreme Court. I was hoping we would get a decision that would set more precedent about this kind of "freedom of expression vs freedom of religion vs civil rights law" debate. |

Basically, it'd make people weigh whether the benefits of an LLC are enough to make them give up their "religious freedom" to be bigots.
