Telegram is used by those people. As is Facebook, Twitter, Tor, the road network, cash, credit cards, Walmart supermarkets, mobile phones, electricity... That one bad person, or group of bad people, use a technology in support of their wrongdoing does not make the technology bad. (I'm agreeing with you, just stating the point more obviously). |
