I want to make sure that people actually know how they fit into the grander scheme of the company. * Salary range * Actual responsibilities and day to day activities. If the job is going to be to hack on some awful legacy code base then you should say that. * How large is your company, where are you at with funding, and where are you at with product development. * Interview process |
