I want people to not have to struggle financially so much. STEM is a pretty well documented way to get a stable job with a very competitive salary. If you're getting "a job," you're already kind of screwed. If you're an entrepreneur, or happen to get extremely lucky to love what you're doing, or unless you've gone Amish, we all live with tons of debt and aren't very fulfilled by modern life.
