Sorry for the confusion. Your assumption is correct. $10 month total for the first 10 users (so, regardless of whether you have 3 users or 9 users, it's still $10/month). And then $5 per new user after that.

thanks I know you're probably targeting larger companies but for small teams there's a big difference between $10 a month and $5 per user per month :p
