Maybe a new developer rule could apply in which for the first 5 or so jobs the mandatory minimum is waived when they're sending in offers. Wouldn't this just incentivize people to keep making new accounts? If there's going to be a minimum, there shouldn't be any exceptions or it defeats the point and allows people to game the system. |
