+1 on vitamin d deficiency in general.

Now, I'm not a doctor, but my understanding is that most vitamin d can't be absorbed through the intake of pills.

The solution is to expose yourself to 15min sunlight daily, preferably with short sleeves and pants so you have more skin surface to absorb it.

On the plus side, it's cheaper and you get some fresh air!
