Current parking charges at Bolton are £4 for 24 hours (they were lower in 2012). 4 trips about 15 mile round trip was about £2 each at that time. There's a lot of complaining about the fact it costs as much as a cup of coffee to go and visit people in hospital. Those with chronic conditions tend to get free parking (at least where I live now in Cheshire). |
