I got stuck with a large, unexpected bill at my auto dealer. They comped the next large bill. They're awesome and I'll be a customer for life. They're also the highest (Yelp) rated shop in the area so I bet I'm not the only one. I suppose it depends on what sort of shop Heroku wants to run. It just seems like customer service is not a big deal to them. |
