Like WTF, it's clearly your mistake you didn't invest time in understanding people you work with.
It doesn't matter where you work, it's universal that even if you are a superstar work on the right problems, and before that influence people in a nice way that this is the problem worth doing. Checkout "First 90 days" book you will know what I am saying. |
